Welcome to Emergency Response Roleplay and the San Andreas Medical Service (SAMS) Department. This section contains essential resources, procedures, and guidelines for all Paramedics, EMTs, and Medical Supervisors. Whether you’re responding solo or as part of a team, SAMS is dedicated to upholding professionalism, realism, and safety in every medical scene. Please review each section carefully to meet department expectations, follow operational procedures, and contribute to a high-quality roleplay environment.
All SAMS personnel are expected to uphold the values of integrity, efficiency, and realism while on duty. To ensure consistency and immersion across medical scenes, all members must read and follow the SAMS Protocol & Procedure Handbook.
